1. The parties have entered into a settlement agreement, in terms
whereof, the petitioners have agreed to pay a sum of
Rs.10,25,000/-. Out of that, a sum of Rs.6 lakhs has already been
paid on 13.12.2024. The balance amount of Rs.4,25,000/- is payable
by 22.01.2025.
2. Post the matter on 27.01.2025.
