2. This Transfer Petition seeking transfer of 22 complaints filed
by the respondent(s) under Section 138 of the Negotiable
Instruments Act, 1881 against the petitioners in the Court of
3rd ACJM, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, to a competent court in Mumbai,
has been filed on a pertinent ground that no part of cause of
action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court at
Varanasi so as to justify the filing of the complaints before the
said Court.
