UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1 The Special Leave Petition is a complete abuse of the process of the Court and is

only an effort to delay the hearing of the election petition. We are of the view

that there is no error on the part of the High Court in affirming the rejection of

the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908.

2 The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed with costs quantified at Rs
