It is urged before us that the properties belonging
to the petitioner(s) have been attached since 2016.
Whereas, the respondent-Canara Bank has not taken any
steps to recover the amount from the borrower(s)
including to sell of their properties, if required, which
are sufficient to recover the outstanding dues.
