Four weeks time, is granted to respondent No. 1 to file
counter affidavit.
Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner,
to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to
respondent Nos.11, 12, 14 to 20, 22 to 25, 28, 35 to 37. Dasti in
addition is permitted to be served.
Let the affidavit of dasti service be filed within a period of
four weeks.
Service of notice is complete on remaining respondents but no
one has entered appearance on their behalf....
