UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

A compromise was entered between the parties which has been

recorded in the order dated 16.03.2020 in the mediation proceedings

before the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, copy of which has

been recorded at page 14 Annexure P-2. The petitioner, according to

the compromise, has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees

Two Lacs Fifty Thousand only) to the respondent-wife within one
