1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC, the

petitioner - wife seeks transfer of the petition filed by the

respondent – husband bearing Petition No.A/336/2023 titled

“Abhishek Arun Kumar vs Rashmi Abhishek Kumar”, pending before the

Family Court, Bandra, Maharashtra to the Principal Judge, Family

Court, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties

and perused the materials available on record, including the

counter affidavit filed by the respondent.

3. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –

wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her, the

Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered

accordingly.

4. Consequently, Petition bearing No.A/336/2023 titled “Abhishek

Arun Kumar vs Rashmi Abhishek Kumar”, pending before the Family

Court, Bandra, Maharashtra is ordered to be transferred to the

Principal Judge, Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Court,

Delhi
