We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order,
hence the special leave petition is dismissed.
However, we clarify that the dismissal of the present special
leave petition would not come in way of the petitioner to file an
appropriate application after the charge sheet is filed. If any
such application is filed, the same would be considered on merits
