Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

drugs recovered from personal search of the petitioner is

less than commercial quantity, being 200 gms. of

Ketamine. The remaining drugs referred to in paragraph 11

of the impugned judgment are not Narcotic Drugs or

Psychotropic Substance as such; and the third recovery is

from godown which was not under the control of the

petitioner at any point of time nor the petition...
