UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the
petitioner was liable to pay arrears of rent of Rs.1,24,920/- and
sum of Rs.14,520/- per month from 16.10.2005 as per the order of
eviction. The High Court has recorded in the impugned order that
the possession was delivered on 16.08.2005. Therefore, the question
of payment of mesne profit does not arise. The sum of
Rs.1,24,920/- stands paid which is admitted...
