Ms. Srishti Agnihotri, learned counsel mentions the matter on
behalf of the respondent (husband). She submits that the parties
may be permitted to report before the Coordinator of the Supreme
Court Mediation Centre virtually, at the first instance. It is
also submitted that the respondent is willing to bear reasonable
sum to cover the expenses for the petitioner (wife) in the event
she needs to participate physically, in the Mediation process.
