1. This petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act), seeks the appointment of a sole
arbitrator in accordance with Clause 23 read with Clause 25
of the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Partnership
Agreement dated 18.08.2022 (LLP Agreement) executed between
