counter affidavit.
Service is complete on respondent nos.2 to 4. It has been
submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that she would
be entering appearance on behalf of the said respondents too.
This Court fails to understand how the ld. Counsel who has
entered appearance and has filed vakalatnama on behalf of the
petitioner can also file vakalatnama on behalf of the
respondents in the very same matter.
