UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Transfer is

sought of a criminal case arising out of First Information Report

registered at the instance of the petitioner. It is not in dispute

a closure report has been filed in the said case after

investigation and the same is pending consideration of the

concerned court. There are two grounds urged by the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner. The first is that certain orders

passed by trial court are not being complied with. The second

ground is that the petitioner is a Government servant...
