WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO.1327/2021

SIVANKUTTY T S Petitioner

VERSUS

THE STATE OF KERALA & ORS. Respondent(s)

ORDER

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having

perused the material placed on record, we are not persuaded to

entertain this matter in the writ jurisdiction under Article 32 of

the Constitution of India. However, it is left open for the

petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance

with law, including approaching the High Court.

It is made clear that we are not pronouncing on the merits of

the contentions sought to be urged on behalf of the petitioner and

would leave all the aspects open for consideration in the

appropriate forum.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed, subject to the

observations foregoing.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
