ORDER
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having
perused the material placed on record, we are not persuaded to
entertain this matter in the writ jurisdiction under Article 32 of
the Constitution of India. However, it is left open for the
petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance
with law, including approaching the High Court.
It is made clear that we are not pronouncing on the merits of
the contentions sought to be urged on behalf of the petitioner and
would leave all the aspects open for consideration in the
appropriate forum.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed, subject to the
observations foregoing.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
