O R D E R
1. In view of the decision of this Court in J.S. Parihar V. Ganpat Duggar & Ors.1,
we are not inclined to exercise judicial review powers while hearing a contempt
petition.
2. If the applicant has been deprived of his legitimate dues by reason of the
decision taken by the respondents and he nurses a grievance in relation thereto,
liberty is granted to him to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
3. The miscellaneous application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
