UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice, returnable on 4th February 2022*.
The learned counsel raises a preliminary objection by pointing
out that a transfer petition filed by the petitioner in the year
2017 has been dismissed on 3rd july 2017. The said preliminary
objection is without any substance. The prayer made in this
petition is for transfer of a subsequently filed petition in the
year 2019. Moreover there are two proceedings filed by the
petitioner in 2018 in the Courts in Delhi.
Counter, if any, shall be filed within a period of six weeks
from today.
