UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The High Court having already observed in the impugned
order that the petitioner could raise all the contentions, as
may be legally permissible in the departmental proceedings, we
are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by
the High Court.
3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
