We are not inclined to entertain this petition under
Article 32, but we make it clear that it will be open to the
petitioners to ventilate their grievance in a petition under
Article 226, if so advised. Subject to this observation,
accordingly, this writ petition under Article 32 of the
Constitution of India will stand dismissed.
