O R D E R
This petition seeks transfer of Divorce Petition No.
4678 of 2019 titled “Ankit Fatehpuria Vs. Smt.Aayushi”
pending before the Family Court No.1, Jaipur City, Jaipur,
Rajasthan to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore,
Madhya Pradesh.
As per office report, despite service of notice, no
one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,
we are of the opinion that interest of justice requires that
the petition should be allowed.
Accordingly, Divorce Petition No. 4678 of 2019 titled
“Ankit Fatehpuria Vs. Smt.Aayushi” pending before the Family
Court No.1, Jaipur City, Jaipur, Rajasthan is transferred to
the Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the
record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.
The Transfer Petition is allowed in the above terms.
Pending applications, if any, are disposed of.
