O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present petitions before
this Court under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 seeking transfer of the following two cases:
(i) Misc. Judicial Case No.3 of 2020 filed by
the Respondent titled as "Sri Nihal Kothari Versus
Smt. Sangita Kothari" pending before the District
Judge, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal to the Principal
Family Court, Supaul, Bihar.
(ii) G.R.Case No. 77 of 2020 in F.I.R. No. 14 of
2020 registered with P.S. Bhaktinagar, West

Bengal, pending before the Court of Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal to the Court
of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, Bihar.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking
into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer
petitions, we allow the transfer petitions and direct transfer
of the following cases:
(i) Misc. Judicial Case No.3 of 2020titled as
"Sri Nihal Kothari Versus Smt. Sangita Kothari"
pending before the District Judge, Jalpaiguri,
West Bengal to the Principal Family Court, Supaul,
Bihar.
(ii) G.R.Case No. 77 of 2020 in F.I.R. No. 14 of
2020 registere...
