1. The present petition has been filed seeking

transfer of petition being Crl.M.A.No.858 of 2018 tilted

as "Bhavana Yaduvanshi V. Kumar Abhinav & Anr." pending

in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class,

Junior Division, Panvel, Raigad, Maharashtra to the

Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, Naida, Uttar Pradesh.

2. This Court, vide order dated 2nd January, 2023

referred the dispute between the parties to the Supreme

Court Mediation Centre for amicable settlement. As per

the office report, Mediation report dated 10th May, 2023

has been received from the Supreme Court Mediation Centre

stating therein that the parties were not able to reach a

settlement. Hence, the mediation has failed.

3. None appears for the respondent. Having heard

learned counsel for the petitioner, a case is made out

for passing the order of transfer.

4. Accordingly, Crl.M.A.No.858 of 2018 tilted as

"Bhavana Yaduvanshi V. Kumar Abhinav & Anr." pending in

the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Junior

Division, Panvel, Raigad, Maharashtra is hereby

transferred to the Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, Naida,

Uttar Pradesh.
