UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The
petitioner filed a Civil Suit in Gram Nyayalaya at Tundla, District
Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. The suit is for permanent injunction in
respect of an agricultural land which is admittedly within the
jurisdiction of the court in which suit is filed. Now, the
petitioner who is the plaintiff is himself seeking transfer on the
ground that it is not convenient for him to attend the court at
Tundla in District Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. In the civil suit,
his personal appearance on all the dates fixed in the suit is not
necessary. The petitioner can be always represented by his
