O R D E R
Leave granted.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Admittedly, the charge-sheet has been filed in the
year 2017. Therefore, the interim order dated 4th
September, 2023 is made absolute subject to further
condition that the appellant shall regularly remain
present before the Trial Court on the dates fixed for
hearing and shall cooperate with the Trial Court for
early disposal of the case.
If the appellant fails to cooperate, it will be
always open for the respondent to apply for cancellation
of bail.
The appeal is accordingly allowed.
