O R D E R
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking
transfer of investigation in FIR No.24/2025 registered at Police
Station Gomtinagar Extension, Lucknow North Commissionerate
Lucknow, U.P. to Police Station, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh and all
proceedings enumerating there.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we do not find
any case is made out grant of relief as prayed for. However, as
requested by learned counsel for the petitioner that her statement
being a complainant may be recorded by the Investigating Officer
(for short ‘the I.O.’) through video conferencing as she has 3-year
old daughter to take care, we direct that in case there is a
possibility to record the statement of the petitioner-complainant
through video conferencing, the I.O. may do the needful.

3. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
