Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having
perused the material placed on record, we are not inclined to
consider granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. However,
having regard to the circumstances, the petitioner is extended
liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the Trial Court after
the prosecutrix is examined in the trial.
Subject to the liberty foregoing, this petition stands
dismissed.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
