Case No.1041 of 2024 arising out of FIR No.1532 of 2022 titled as,
“State Government & Anr. vs. Sanjeev Malhotra & Ors.” pending
before the Court of District Sessions JUDGE, Ghaziabad, shall
remain stayed.
