UPON perusing the papers the Court made the following O R D E R

During the last 2 to 3 hearings, we have noticed

that the alleged contemnor/applicant-Subhajit Dutta,

appearing in person was addressing us through video

conference, while he was in the precincts of the Supreme

Court. Today, he appeared in the morning through video

conference when we directed him to appear personally and

the matter was passed over. Even on the second call, he

is not present in the Court.
