We are not inclined to interfere with the present writ
petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. It will be
open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional High Court.
It may also be open to the petitioner to make representation
for remission/premature release, which would be decided and the
order communicated to the petitioner within a period of four months
from the date of the representation. The petitioner if aggrieved by
the decision, would be entitled to question the same in accordance
with the law.
The writ petition is dismissed as not entertained, without
expressing any opinion on merits.
