review of the Order dated 8th December, 2023 passed in the
captioned Special Leave Petition whereby the said petition was
dismissed.
4. We have carefully gone through the said Order and the record.
In our opinion, no case for review is made out. Consequently, the
review petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on
merits.
