ORDER
The present transfer petition has been filed
by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the
custody petition in respect of a minor child
bearing G.P. No. 21 of 2023, titled as “Amod Kumar
Vs. Vijay Laxmi”(subject-case), pending in the
Court of Principal Family Judge, Karkardooma
District Courts, Delhi to the Court of Principal
Family Judge at Madhepura, Bihar.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Despite service of notice upon the
respondent-husband, no one has entered appearance
on his behalf nor filed any objection with regard
to the present transfer petition.
Considering the fact that the petitioner -
wife has a male child to look after and therefore,
it is difficult for her to travel to Delhi for
attending the case, it is expedient in the ends of
justice to transfer the subject-case as asked for

by the petitioner-wife.
The Court where proceedings are pending
shall transfer the records to the transferee Court
promptly and without any delay.
The Transfer Petition stands allowed
accordingly.
