UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly
submitted that let the parties explore the possibility of arriving
at some amicable settlement.
2. The husband seems to be residing in the State of Uttarakhand,
whereas the wife is in the State of Rajasthan.
3. The parties shall appear before the Supreme Court Mediation
Centre on 13-12-2024 at 11.00 a.m.
