Settlement Agreement dated 31.12.2025 has been placed on record.
2. It is stated at the bar that both the sides have complied with
the terms of the settlement agreement. The terms of the settlement
agreement shall be read as part of this order.
3. That being so, the instant petition has been rendered
infructuous.
4. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of has having become
infructuous.
