Court vide order dated 05.08.2022. The petitioner thereafter has
moved the present Miscellaneous Application Diary No.28567/2022,
which is pending in defective side for more than two years. The
petitioner has not taken any steps to cure the defects.
In view of the same, the Miscellaneous Application is
dismissed for want of prosecution.
