O R D E R
1. After hearing learned senior counsel and learned
additional solicitor general appearing from both the sides,
we are of the view that though the petitioner still has a
cause of action to raise his dispute/grievance regarding the
pension and its arrears but filing a contempt in this Court,
is not a remedy.
2. The petitioner shall seek his remedy by way of a writ
petition/appeal or in any other manner, if so advised.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is
dismissed.
4. The dismissal of the present petition will not
prejudice the case of the petitioner.

5. All pending applications stand disposed of.
