O R D E R
This Transfer Petition has been filed by the petitioner
who is the wife of the respondent seeking the following
prayers:
“(a) transfer of the H.M.A. Petition No.17-S/3 of 2009 titled as ‘Colonel Arun Pratap Singh Rajura Versus Smt. Poonam Rajura’ pending before the Court of the learned District Judge, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of Marriage by a Decree of Divorce to the competent Court of the District Judge, Jhajjar, Haryana;
(b) Pass any other or further order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
During the pendency of this Transfer Petition, the
parties were referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre in
order to explore the possibility of a settlement between them.
Learned counsel for the respective parties have submitted
that on 10.05.2024, the parties have arrived at a settlement
and a Settlement Agreement has been drawn up, signed by both
the parties before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
Learned counsel for the respective parties also submitted
that the parties have decided to part ways and the respondent
