UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. After some persuasion, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife
submits that she is not averse to exploring a mediated settlement.
2. Since the respondent-husband is also agreeable to explore such
settlement, we refer the parties to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The
parties shall appear before the Mediator to be nominated by the Coordinator of
the Centre on January 6, 2025 at 02.00 p.m.
