UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We find no ground to interfere with the judgment of the
Division Bench of the High Court impugned before us. The Special
Leave petitions are thus not entertained and are dismissed
accordingly.
In any case, the election had been notified on 3rd November,
2020. The judgment of the Single Bench, which has been set aside
by the Division Bench, was rendered on 3.11.2020. ...
