UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The parties, through their respective counsel, express that they are not
averse to exploring a settlement through the process of mediation.
2. Having regard thereto, we refer the parties to the Supreme Court
Mediation Centre. The parties shall appear before the Mediator to be nominated
by the Coordinator of the Centre on 16th December at 2.00 pm..
