O R D E R
1 The Transfer Petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of MC No
2515 of 2023 titled “Mr Naveen Kumar K Vs Mrs Kase Lakshmi @ Blessy K” from
the Family Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka to the court of competent jurisdiction at
Anantpura, Andhra Pradesh.
2 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3 Having regard to the interest of justice, we are of the view that an order for the
transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer
petition and direct that MC No 2515 of 2023 be transferred from the Family
Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka to the court of competent jurisdiction at Anantpura,
Andhra Pradesh.
4 However, the Respondent would be at liberty to make a request before the Court
at Anantpura, Andhra Pradesh for participating in the proceedings through video
conferencing.
4 The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to

the transferee court.
5 After transfer of the petition, the transferee court is directed to make all
endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter
without unnecessary adjournments.
6 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
