UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that despite efforts,
petitioner could not serve notice on the
sole respondent and, therefore, he may be
permitted to serve notice through newspaper
publication having wide circulation at the
locality where the respondent last resided.
2. It appears from the record that the
respondent last resided in Goa.
