The petitioner shall surrender within three weeks from today

and apply for regular bail.

Mr. Kunal Cheema, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that a request be made to the Trial Court to consider the bail

application expeditiously. We do not think that such a request is

necessary because bail applications are always given priority by

all courts.
