1. Application for deletion on behalf of respondent no.7 in
SLP(C) Nos. 19700-19701/2021 is allowed at the risk of the
appellant(s).
2. Leave granted.
3. These appeals arise against the order passed by the High Court
in CM Nos. 7094-CII and 7123-CII of 2021 in FAO Nos.524 and 522 of
2021 respectively dated 20-08-2021, by which the High Court
admitted the appeals and simply declined to grant stay pending
disposal of the appeals.
4. This Court by order dated 01.12.2021, while issuing notices in
the special leave petitions granted stay pending disposal of the
special leave petitions. The order reads as follows: -

βThe case of the petitioner is based on the decision of this Court reported in Naveen Kumar v. Vijay Kumar & Ors. (2018) 3 SCC 1, whereunder the registered owner will be the person who is liable. According to the petitioner as on the date of the accident, the registered owner is M/s Taj Travels Pvt. Ltd.
