UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are
of the considered view that having regard to the relationship
between the parties, namely, wife and husband, there is possibility
of arriving at an amicable settlement with effective mediation by
an expert mediator, who would be in a position to break the
impasse.
