The Petitioner has not taken requisite steps in
respect of respondent Nos.2 and 3. The matter is pending
since the year 2019.
In the interest of justice, last opportunity of six
weeks is granted to the petitioner to take steps for
effecting service on the respondent Nos.2 and 3 failing
which the Special Leave petition shall stand rejected for
want of prosecution to the extent of unserved respondents
without further reference to the court.
