After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner, we concur with the view taken by the learned Single
Judge and the Division Bench.
Considering the conduct of the petitioner which is noted in
the impugned orders, no case for interference is made out in
exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution
