The earlier Advocate on record representing the petitioner had
moved an application for effecting substituted service on
respondents. Now vakalathnama on behalf of the petitioner has been
filed by Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sharma, AOR., who submits that since both
the respondents are citizens of Qatar, it would not be possible to
get them served by publication. He prays that the service of notice
on the respondents may be directed to be effected by the regular
