sole respondent. However, it has been submitted by the
ld.counsel for the petitioner that no fresh particulars of the
sole respondent are available and notice be issued on the
address given earlier. In light of the submission made by the
ld. Counsel, Registry to issue notice through the concerned
Trial Court on the address of the sole respondent given earlier
by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner.
