Leave granted.
We have perused the records, particularly, the
income particulars of the respondent No.1. The High
Court was not right in awarding only Rs.10,000/- as
maintenance to the minor child.
Considering the above, we are inclined to
enhance the amount to Rs.25,000/- to be payable from
the month of December, 2024 till the child attains
majority.
Ordered accordingly.

The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
