O R D E R
1. In spite of being duly served, none appears for
the respondent.
2. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds urged by
the petitioner and accept the same. Therefore, F.C.O.P. No.
451 of 2022 titled as “Thangella Joe Thomas v. Perli Shanthi
Rufus” pending before the Court of XV Addl. District Judge
cum II Addl. Family Court Judge, Rangareddy District at
Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State is ordered
to be transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at
Chirala, Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh.
3. The Court of XV Addl. District Judge cum II Addl.
Family Court Judge, Rangareddy District at Kukatpally, Ranga
Reddy District, Telangana State shall send the case record
to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

4. The parties are permitted to appear through
video-conferencing mode, unless and until their presence
is absolutely necessary.
5. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
